Childcare of Brandon provides childcare and educational programs for children ages 1 years to 12 years old. We offer a variety of programs including toddler, twos, early preschool, preschool, and VPK. We also offer after school care and summer camps for elementary age children at varying locations. We also accept School Readiness at several of our locations.
At Childcare of Brandon, we believe education is not one-size-fits-all. Every child learns in their own unique way, at their own pace and has different needs and abilities. As a result, we have designed a program that nurtures your child’s natural abilities using empowering educational pathways customized to meet the needs of each child.
Our highly-trained staff of educators will identify strategies to help your child excel. They will provide a nurturing educational environment that fosters creativity, promotes academic excellence, nurtures human relationships, and inspires a natural and organic passion for learning. We are committed to facilitating activities that encourage problem solving, innovation, and investigation which will in turn prepare them for school, life and beyond.

Day Care
Free VPK
VPK stands for the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Education Program. To be eligible for this FREE benefit, it only requires that you live in Florida and that your child turns 4 years of age by September 1. Children ages 4-5 years old, are being prepped to enter kindergarten. The use of a classroom style curriculum prepares your child to start school with kindergarten level skills.
1 Year Old Program
Each day, toddlers explore their world through hands-on activities that build language, motor skills, social development, and independence—all within a warm and nurturing environment.
2 Year Old Programs
2 year olds need a safe and nurturing environment to learn skills such as listening, speaking, self-confidence, group play, and discovery.
School Readiness Providers
School Readiness is currently accepted at our Big Bend location in Gibsonton, and our Missouri location on US Highway 301 in Riverview. Starting March 2025, the Bloomingdale location will also accept School Readiness in Riverview, Fl.
