At infant ages, your child needs to build strength to reach developmental milestones such as lifting his or her head, rolling over, and crawling. Younger children also learn through play and discovery and fitness promotes this type of learning.
As children get older and reach toddler and school age years, they continue to learn through play and benefit physically and developmentally from a well rounded exercise routine. Inside the classroom and even on the playground, we seek to provide opportunities for exercise and fitness programs.
